When our clients acquired this house, it was a typical “tract” home, but they envisioned it as more – a sanctuary for family gatherings and entertaining. Our journey began with a comprehensive remodel of the main floor, where every detail was carefully curated to enhance both form and function.
The heart of the home, the kitchen, underwent a dramatic transformation. Through a full demolition and redesign, we optimized the space for seamless flow, introducing a spacious L-shaped island that serves as a focal point for both culinary endeavors and social gatherings. A thoughtfully designed beverage area adjacent to the dining room added convenience and elegance to the entertaining experience.
Structural enhancements were seamlessly integrated into the remodel, including the addition of a grand fireplace and custom bookshelves in the living room, elevating both functionality and aesthetics. Downstairs, the bathroom received a stylish makeover, we also added new tile flooring in the mudroom. The installation of custom wide plank oiled flooring throughout the first floor, adding warmth and character to every corner.
As the clients transitioned to full-time residency, our collaboration continued with a backyard makeover tailored for relaxation and entertainment. A gas fire pit became the focal point of outdoor gatherings, while a custom outdoor pergola adorned with exquisite lighting and a TV provided a perfect setting for outdoor leisure. The addition of a paver patio, seating walls, and a hot tub area completed the outdoor oasis, complemented by lush landscaping and fencing for added privacy and charm.
The transformation extended to the upper level, where a comprehensive revamp ensued, accompanied by the installation of new siding and windows throughout the home. Precision was paramount as we demoed and reframed windows in the master bedroom, ensuring symmetry and harmony within the space. Three bathrooms underwent complete renovations, while new trim work added the perfect finishing touch.
At the front of the home, the porch received a facelift with the installation of a welcoming paver patio, adorned with exposed timber posts and beams.
