- REPURPOSED ELEMENTS OF THE OLD RESTAURANT TO KEEP WITHIN BUDGET
Mother’s Juice Cafe, a unique dining experience born from the transformation of a historic mill house into a modern culinary haven. Our team worked closely with the visionary owners and talented architects to seamlessly blend the charm of the old mill house with the functionality of a contemporary commercial kitchen.
With meticulous planning and attention to detail, we navigated through various constraints imposed by setbacks and city regulations to create a space that exceeds expectations. From conceptualization to completion, our goal was to honor the heritage of the building while accommodating the client’s vision and budget.
One of the key challenges of this project was integrating equipment and seating from a larger space into the confines of the mill house. Through innovative solutions and careful coordination with the architect, we successfully repurposed existing elements to fit the new layout.
Accessibility was also a top priority for the owners, leading us to dedicate significant time and effort to ensure both the interior and exterior of the building were retrofitted to meet ADA standards without compromising on aesthetics.
Mother’s Juice Cafe stands as a testament to the seamless fusion of tradition and innovation, offering patrons a warm and inviting ambiance coupled with a modern dining experience.
