Our team is working closely with the Monkless Brewery team to transform a 9000 sq. ft. space into a state-of-the-art brewery and tasting room.
From installing brewing vessels to building a high-pressure boiler system, we’ll ensure that every aspect of the brewery is meticulously crafted to meet Monkless’s exacting standards. Rewiring the brewing space with energy-efficient LED lighting and constructing an interior cool room for keg storage were just a few of the tasks that helped optimize functionality.
In the office area, we brought modernity to outdated spaces by replacing doors, wiring, and flooring while installing custom-built desks tailored to the Monkless team’s needs. Additionally, we combined two existing bathrooms to create a larger ADA accessible facility and added a dedicated lab area for the brewing team’s research and development.
The heart of Monkless Brewery lies in its tasting room, where we executed remarkable transformations. Once housing industrial equipment, the space now boasts a charming tin-like acoustic ceiling, elegant chandeliers, and custom 12 ft. tall wood doors that elegantly separate the tasting room from the brewing floor. Our team designed and built a bespoke bar that perfectly complements Monkless’s aesthetic, while new paint and custom-built pews provide comfortable seating for patrons. AV wiring and TVs have been seamlessly integrated for meetings and events, enhancing the overall experience for visitors.
