Currently underway, Initiative Brewery represents a thrilling transformation from a dilapidated 10,000 sq ft. office building into a vibrant hub for culinary delights and craft brews.
As the building’s shell undergoes a remarkable metamorphosis, our team at CPC is spearheading the complete remodel, breathing new life into this space. The project entails a comprehensive overhaul, including the conversion of over 35 office spaces to create an expansive canvas for the brewery, restaurant, bar, cold storage, and future brewing facility.
The transformation begins with the removal of outdated wiring, plumbing, and mechanical systems, paving the way for state-of-the-art infrastructure tailored to meet the demands of a dynamic brewery-restaurant environment.
At the forefront of our endeavor is the integration of modern architectural elements, such as sleek storefront windows and inviting glass garage doors, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. Outside seating areas beckon patrons to savor their favorite brews.
Central to Initiative Brewery’s success is our unwavering commitment to collaboration. Over the past year, we’ve worked closely with the client and esteemed architects to craft a design that not only captures the essence of Initiative Brewery’s vision but also aligns with budget and scheduling requirements. Our partnership extends beyond the confines of the project, as we’ve navigated the intricacies of local regulations and municipal approvals with the City of Madras, Oregon, ensuring a smooth transition into this exciting phase of construction.
While Initiative Brewery’s transformation is still underway, the promise of an extraordinary dining and brewing experience looms on the horizon.
