For this project, our client envisioned a unique living space that harmonizes functionality with style. We embarked on a journey of collaborative design, focusing on intricate details such as the custom entryway and cabinetry that define the character of this ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit).

To enhance comfort and efficiency, we integrated a mini split system with an overhead cassette, ensuring optimal climate control that seamlessly blends into the aesthetics of the space while maintaining a quieter environment. The inclusion of a washer and dryer within the unit adds convenience and practicality, enhancing the overall living experience.

This Upstairs ADU is part of a larger multi-unit project encompassing three separate living spaces, each equipped with full kitchens and bathrooms. Our team’s dedication to craftsmanship and attention to detail shines through in every aspect of this project, from design conception to construction completion.
