I’m Chuck Potterf, and I’m proud to call Oregon my lifelong home. Growing up in Southern Oregon around my parents’ residential and commercial lighting stores, I was introduced to jobsites at a young age, accompanying my father on sales calls throughout the Rogue Valley. These formative experiences ignited a passion for building that continues to drive our work today.

My journey led me to Central Oregon, drawn by Bend’s snowboarding and winter lifestyle. In 1995, during a memorable winter season, I made Bend my home and immediately immersed myself in the local construction scene. By 1998, inspired by my experiences, I founded C. Potterf Construction.

Our beginnings were rooted in siding and framing for custom home builders across Central Oregon. However, with the ebb and flow of economic cycles, our business evolved, transitioning into remodeling and eventually expanding into the commercial sector. Over the past 25+ years, CPC Construction has earned a stellar reputation for crafting exceptional restaurants, bars, and food truck lots that define Central Oregon’s culinary landscape.

We take pride in leveraging our close industry connections to collaborate with restaurant partners, assisting in developing their concepts and bringing them to life through innovative construction solutions.

While our commercial portfolio is thriving, our commitment to residential construction remains steadfast, harkening back to our origins in custom home building.
